　　An ice cream containing yellow rice wine in its ingredients is raising concerns over the possibility of drunken driving by consumers. The ice cream is a product of the Cultural Service Center of Beijing Palace Museum. The ice cream's packaging is in yellow – the color for the emperor in ancient China – with a label saying "Bestowed by His Majesty" on the package. Instructions read "No more than 6 grams of yellow rice wine is contained in each ice cream and a driver should eat only one, then sit behind the wheel for 10 to 15 minutes after ingesting to avoid being caught in a drunken driving test." Some who tried it said the ice cream has a distinct alcohol flavor. This is not the first time the Palace Museum rolled out innovative theme products. A series of themed cultural souvenirs, such as calendars and watches, have won the hearts of consumers in recent years.

　　据《北京青年报》报道，近日，一款配料中含有黄酒的雪糕引发关注，消费者担心吃过以后可能会被测出酒驾。

　　据报道，这款雪糕包装为黄色(packaging is in yellow)，上面印有"圣上亲赐(Bestowed by His Majesty)"字样，包装盒下方则写着"北京故宫文化服务中心(the Cultural Service Center of Beijing Palace Museum)"。

　　包装盒背面写有："本品每支含有不足6克黄酒(no more than 6 grams of yellow rice wine is contained in each ice cream)，驾车者每次仅能享用一支，并请在品尝后十到十五分钟后开车，以免影响检测结果。"多人吃过后向北青报记者表示，可以品尝出较明显的酒精味道(have a distinct alcohol flavor)。

　　因为在雪糕中添加有黄酒成分，而且包装上注明食用雪糕后一段时间内避免开车(avoid driving)，这款"故宫"雪糕也引起了不少人担心食用后是否会被检测出酒驾而受到处罚。

　　为此，记者带着雪糕来到某交警支队进行酒驾呼气测试(breathalyzer test for drunk driving)。吃进一小口黄酒小酪雪糕后，记者在酒精检测仪上吹了一口气进行测试，检测仪的显示屏上显示的酒精浓度为36mg/100ml (show an alcohol concentration of 36mg/100m)。现场交警告诉记者，判断酒驾(drunk driving)的标准为数值是否在20mg/100ml以上，即每百毫升血液酒精含量大于20毫克，而醉驾(drunken driving)标准则为80mg/100ml。约4分钟后，记者再次检测，数值恢复正常(the reading turned to normal)。

　　雪糕生产委托方是上海一家公司，其负责人彭先生称，商品已得到故宫授权(the goods have been authorized by the Palace Museum)，计划在全国范围内推出。他表示，这款冰淇淋是该公司推出故宫为主题的新冷饮(frozen treat)。

　　针对"故宫雪糕"的一些细节问题，彭先生称，雪糕共设计了四种口味，对应了酸甜苦咸(sour, sweet, bitter and salty)，里面均添加了黄酒。但他称1两酒可以生产100根棒冰(popsicle)，不会产生酒驾影响。
