　　黄河全长五千多米，是我国第二长河以及世界第六长河。

　　它发源于青海省的巴颜喀拉山脉，流经九个省，后注入渤海。

　　由于黄河流域是中华文明主要的发源地，因此我国称其为“母亲河”，它也被誉为“中华文明的摇篮”。

　　但是其洪灾频发也使得其得名“中国之痛”。

　　新中国成立以后，政府投入大量人力物力治理黄河并取得了显著的效果。

　　The Yellow River, with its length of more than five thousand meters, is the second longest river in our country and the sixth longest in the world.

　　Originating from the Bayankala Mountains in Qinghai Province, it flows through nine provinces of China and empties into the Bohai Sea.

　　Since its basin is the main birthplace of Chinese civilization and the most prosperous region in early Chinese history, it is called as “Mother River of China” and also hailed as “the Cradle of
