Don't Stay up LateI think the teeagers shouldn't stay up too late to study because it is bad for their health. They need to sleep at least eight hours a day. Besides it isn't effect to study too late, they need to keep their brain and mind clear and fresh. When they go to bed too late, they will feel tired in class the next day. So they can't concentrate better.

Three dangers of staying up all night for too long：first, decreased immunity.Often stay up late, fatigue, the state of low energy, the body's immunity will then decline.Second, gastrointestinal crisis.People who stay up late and work overtime are easily tired,if you regularly eat at night, your GI tract doesn't get the rest it needs.Third, heart disease risk.Studies have shown that people who have a disrupted sleep schedule also have a higher risk of heart disease.
