Everyone has a hobby, some people like swimming, some people like playing video games.

Fishing is my fathers favorite hobby. He goes fishing every Sunday morning, and goes home in the afternoon.

My hobby is playing piano. I started playing piano from five years old. I like to play it after school.

I have a plan, I want to play a birthday song for my mother, because next monday is her birthday. I think she will like my present very much.

stress is an inevitable part in our normal life. many kinds of things, such as natural disasters, war and death can cause too much stress in our life. but according to a psychologist, on a day-to-day basis, stress may result from the small things: taking an exam, waiting in line, and having too many things to do in a limited time.

　　we all need stress to add flavor, challenge, and opportunity to life, but too much stress can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being, it reduces the body`s immunity and harms the brain, if the stress lasts a long time, it may cause physical illness, insomnia, headaches, backaches, ulcers, high blood pressure-even heart disease.

　　when stress does occur, it`s important to recognize and deal with it. there ore some methods we can try. a large number of physical activities can reduce onxiety. shoring our stress with others can be enormously helpful. making time for fun such os listening to music may be good medicine. sometimes even crying is on efficient way to releose stress.

It is not difficult to find that a large number of college students have no ideas for their career and their future before their graduation.Therefore, most of them will become confused and be at grass day by day, and even some of them abandon themselves to despair or indulge themselves in online games.

不难发现不少大学生在毕业前都对自己的事业和未来没啥想法。因为这个原因，不少人慢慢地会变得迷茫，有部分甚至自暴自弃或沉溺于互联网游戏。

As far as I am concerned, there must be a use for my talent. Namely, we will find our position some day and we should keep positive and keep improving ourselves.

我认为天生我材必有用。换句话来说，我们总有一天会找到我们的位置，我们应该要保持积极的态度、持续性提高自己。

Speaking concretely, to be successful or to find our own position, on the one hand, we have to keep positive and confident so that we will not be easy to feel puzzled and abandon ourselves in mental.

详细来说，要成功或是找到自己的位置，一个方面，我们一定要保持积极和自信，这可以使我们不容易感到疑惑，自暴自弃。

On the other hand, we need to develop our competence so that we can be skillful and useful in one or some fields. Therefore, to find out our interest and set up a goal or an aim for us is really critical to succeed. In addition, keeping hard-working and persistent is also a basic to achieve our goals or aims.

另外一个方面，我们需培养我们的能力使我们可以在一个或多个领域中有能力和有用。因为这个原因，找出自己的兴趣或者培养了目标对成功是至关重要的。除开这点要达到我们的目标勤奋和坚持也是基本要求。

In a word, there must be a use for our talent. Thus, do not abandon ourselves to despair and indulge ourselves. As the saying goes, “every dog has its day”. To keep hard-working all the time, we will have our days.

总而言之，天生我材必有用。故此不要自暴自弃或者放纵自己。老话说，“人人皆有得意日”。总是努力工作，我们会成功的。

My happy trip

I went to climb the Great Wall wIth my parents this summer vacation. I’m glad to know you’re interested in this trip. I’ll tell you as much as possible now.

The Great Wall is one of the greatest wonders of the world. It attracts thousands of tourists both at home and abroad every day. It runs across the mountains, like a dragon.

When we got there we were very excited that we began to climb immediately. The steps sometimes were very flat, but sometimes very steep. After two hours of climbing, we got to the top at last. I enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and took a lot of photos. I felt really proud and thought of the famous saying: He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man.

If you come to China, I’ll be glad to take you to the Great Wall so that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Great Wall.
