I’m in Grade 9 and I have changed a lot. First, I used to be thin, but now I am a little fatter. I used to have curly hair, but now I have short straight hair, because I am busy with my study. Second, I have made much progress in English. I wasn’t good at it at the beginning. But with my English teacher’s help, now I often get good scores on my English exams. What’s more, I’m more outgoing than I used to be. I was so afraid of speaking in front of people in the past, however, now I can give a speech in public confidently. Last but not least, I have made lots of friends as well.

These are my changes. What about yours?

My Dream

I have a dream, a dream of being a soldier.

When I was little boy, I thought that the soldiers was so much handsome, so I admired them and wanted to be a member of them.

while I was grown, I understood what the soldier.was doing, the soldiers would protect our country and help the people who was in trouble, such as the flood in 1998, the earthquake in 2023. so I thought the soldiers was great, and I would like to be a soldier.

If I want to be a soldier, I have to study so hard and make me strong, Because enough kownledge and strong body is needed. and from now ,I will study hard for this.

it is my dream, becoming a soldier, a modern soldier.我的梦想

我有一个梦想，一个当军人的梦想。

当我还是个小男孩时，我认为士兵们太帅了，故此，我崇拜他们，想成为他们中的一员。

当我长大了，我明白了士兵在做什么，士兵会保护我们的国家，帮有困难的人，如 1998 年的洪水， 2023 年的地震。故此，我认为军人是伟大的，我愿意成为一名军人。

假设我想成为一名士兵，我一定要努力学习，使我强壮，因为足够的知识和强壮的身体是需的。从目前起，我会针对这个问题努力学习。

这是我的梦想，成为一名军人，一名现代军人。

作为新时代的青年该怎样做初中生英语作文？

答案：（1）据自己知识储备量，衡量初中生水平，写一篇初中生的英语作文。

　A good middle student, I think, should be diligent in his studies. The more he studies, the more he will increase his knowledge. Without enough knowledge, we cannot make great contributions to the modernization of our country.

　　To take care of ones own body is another important thing for good student to do. Anyone, who hasnt got a strong body, can do nothing for his country, even if he has much knowledge. There was a man, who, when he was student, studied hard but neglected his health. No sooner did he come to serve the country than he died of poor health. From this we may see that to have a strong body is really very important for a student.

　　Lastly, to cultivate ones own virtue is most important. Virtue is the essence of a noble and good character. It will greatly help one to be useful and his country heart and soul. When learned people go astray, they do more harm than good to society. We should draw lessons from this.
