I am sorry to hear that you have problems in learning English. Don't worry. l'd like togive you some advice:

First , I think you should improve yourspoken English by having conversationswith foreigners. If you do, you will not beafraid to speak English in public.

Second, you'd better practice your listening by enjoying some English songsand movies. The more you practice,the better your listening will be.

Besides, why not learn new words byconnecting them with something interesting. If you do, it will be easier tomemorize new words.

Finally, you could learn grammar bytaking notes and doing exercises.
