My birthday party.

Today is my birthday. Ｉam 13 years old. I have a birthday party with my family. My mom and dad give me a beautiful gift,and my grandmom cooks a delicious meal for me. I love the cake and the food very much. I feel very happy with my family and it is a good memory for me.

In this tour, the trip to Yulong Snow Mountain is my deepest mountain climbing experience.

According to the guide, Yulong Snow Mountain is a sacred mountain in the eyes of the local Naxi people, known as the Oriental Alps.

At 6:30, we took a bus to the cableway station at the foot of the mountain at an altitude of 3356 meters. When we got there, I was stunned. There were so many people. Besides, everyone was wearing down jacket and carrying a light oxygen bottle. It seems that everyone was ready for a difficult journey.

On the way to the top of the mountain, I enjoyed the primeval forest, the sacred, magnificent and majestic Yulong Snow Mountain and glacier.

After 1150 meters, we came to the end of the tour bus. The remaining 174 meters were on foot. It was very difficult. Every few steps was very hard, but I still insisted on climbing to the pea.

How to keep healthy

It's important for us to keep healthy. I think we should have a healthy diet every day . We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food.We'd better get up early in the morning and not go to bed too late at night.It's good to take more exercise,such as running,swimming and bike riding.It's not good to spend too much time watching TV.

Tom got up early in the morning.He went to play basketball then.He played very happy,because he met his friends and had a good time.After sports,they went to a restaurant and had delicious food.They went home at last.

My School

My school is not very big,but I like it very much.I like my teachers in my school,they often smile and are friendly to us.I like my friends in my school,they often play with me,we are happy everyday.I like my school,because I always feel happy in my school.

My last weekendI was very busy last weekend,on saturday morning ,I visted my grandparents and helped them clean the room,in the afternoon,I went to the bookstore to buy some books；on sunday,I washed many clothes in the morning,and watched TV in the afternoon,in the evening,I went to bed early.that was my busy weekend,now I hope the next weekend.我的上个星期六和星期天我上个星期六和星期天很忙,星期六早上,我拜访了我的祖父母和帮他们打扫房间,在下午,我去书店买书；星期日,上午我洗了不少衣服,在下午看电视,在晚上,我很早就上床了.那是我繁忙的星期六和星期天,目前我期望下一个星期六和星期天.

How I've changed

Time past quickly.I've changed a lot with the time going.

When I was young,I only know the most interesting thing in the world is playing.I played games with my friends day and night.I wasted a lot of great time.

But when I was a little older,I not only know playing.I realize learning is as important as playing,even much more important.I spent my whole day to study,study and study.but at that time,I do not know what "stress" means.

Then,two years later,I understood.I was going to graduate from primary school and,I need to pass a special test for the entrance of junior high school.I have no time to play.I have no time to have fun with my good friends.

After I had passed the examination,I felt more nervous than any time I was.Everybody was smart and I didn't have the great position.But I don't know what “give up" is.I spent more time on the subject I was not good at.So I won the first position later.

That's How I've changed.My life bocomes harder and harder,but I am not scared.I try my best to let my life become more interesting.
