英语中时间的表达方式？
在英语中大多数情况下分三种种情况 ：
1.假设是没有过半小时的 大多数情况下说成是几点过几分，如5点20基本上成twenty past five(分钟放在小时前)。
2.过半个小时的可以出成几点差几分，假设是5点50基本上成ten to six(也是分钟放小时以前)。
3.时常不管过不过半个小时，可以直接表达。如5点20可以直接表达为five twenty或者5点40可以直接表达为five forty。
此外英语中有不少经常会用到的表达，假设15分钟基本上成quarter。如3点15可以表达为a quarter past three，6点30可以表达为half past six，7点整可以表达为 seven o`clock。
全部时间都可以用“小时+分钟”直接读:
6:10 six ten。
8:30 eight thirty。
2:40 two forty。
假设所表达时间在半小时之内，可以用“分钟+past+小时”:
6:10ten past six
4:20twenty past four
10:25twenty-five past ten
假设所表达时间在半小时之内，可以用“(相差的)分钟+to+(下一)小时”:
10:35twenty-five to eleven。
5:50ten to six。

二、分段计时法。深夜12时是一日的启动，1天的24小时又分为两段，每段12小时。从深夜12时起到中午12时叫做上午，再从中午12时起到深夜12时叫做下午。生活中一般采取这样的计时法。常表达为下午或下午某某点钟，例如上午十二点。
